We will remind that at the end of March, the ombudsman also reported that the cases of human rights violations by employees of territorial centers of recruitment and social assistance have become massive:

“According to the results of numerous appeals by citizens to the Ombudsman’s Office, I can clearly state that human rights violations by TCC and SP employees have become systematic and massive. It seems that illegal detentions and beatings by TCC and SP representatives have become a new viral trend that cannot be stopped without a strong state response.”
