In Myrhorod, a driver hit a CCC employee and dragged him along the road for 100 meters
The court sentenced a man who in Myrhorod ran over a serviceman of the Central Military District with a car during a document check and dragged him along the road. This became known from the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
According to the case materials, on December 28, 2025, during general mobilization, a group of servicemen and police conducted patrols and checked military registration documents. Around noon, the man was taken to the Central Military District for a check, but he escaped and got into a car driven by his father.
When the serviceman of the Central Military District demanded to get out of the car, the driver abruptly moved away. The victim was hit by the bumper, thrown onto the hood, and then dragged by the car for approximately 100 meters. According to the examination, the soldier suffered moderate injuries, including torn meniscus in the knee joint.
The case was classified under Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The accused fully admitted his guilt, and the victim stated that he had no claims. The court approved the reconciliation agreement and sentenced the man to 3 years of restricted liberty, freeing him from serving a sentence with a probationary period of 1 year.
