In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the Russians attacked critical infrastructure

On January 27, a series of explosions rang out in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the strikes were aimed at critical infrastructure facilities. About this informs Mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk Ruslan Martsinkiv.

The first explosions were recorded at 2:06 a.m., when the Air Force reported the movement of drones in the central part of the region in the direction of the west and southwest. The explosions were repeated at 2:19, 2:35, 3:00 a.m., and after a second air raid warning – at 4:38, 4:55, 5:27 a.m. In total, ten explosions were heard in the city during the night, the last of which was recorded at 5:34.

“The enemy inflicted a large-scale attack on the region and tried to attack the community. But thanks to the work of the air defense, there was no damage to civilian property.”, — noted Ruslan Marcinkiv.

At the same time, according to the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk State Administration Svitlana Onyshchuk, the goal of the attack was the critical infrastructure of the region. As a result of the impact, a fire broke out, which was quickly extinguished.

“Only after the suspension is announced, buses and trolleybuses will depart on their routes with a significant delay. Please understand this situation.” stated press office of KP “Electroavtotrans”.
