In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian units tried to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 37 times: General Staff

During the day, 121 combat clashes were recorded on the front. In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian units tried to break through the Ukrainian defense 37 times. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian troops carried out one missile and 39 air strikes, using two missiles and 81 guided bombs. The enemy also used 3,502 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,523 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements.

In the Severno-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Ukrainian forces repelled one assault attack. The enemy carried out three air strikes, dropping six guided bombs, and carried out 174 attacks, four of which were from multiple launch rocket systems. In the South Slobozhansk direction, 11 enemy attacks were recorded on the positions of the defenders near Vovchansk, Odradne, Bolohivka and Kamyanka, three clashes are still ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to break through the defense of the Ukrainian troops four times in the areas of Stepovaya Novoselivka and in the direction of Pishchane, one attack is still ongoing. In the Lymansk direction, the enemy stormed the Ukrainian positions ten times near Karpivka, Srednye, Mirnye, Drobyshevye and Shandryholovy.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy tried to break through four times in the areas of Serebryanka and towards Dronivka. In the Kramatorsk direction, one clash took place – Russian units tried to advance near Viyimka. In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 11 attacks, concentrating its main efforts near Shcherbynivka, Rusyny Yar and in the direction of Predtechyny.

In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of the day, 37 attempts to break through the Ukrainian defenses have been recorded in the areas of Nykanorivka, Mayak, Rodynsky, Chervony Lyman, Novoekonomichny, Promen, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Udachny, Horikhovo and Dachny. In several locations, fighting is still ongoing.

The Ukrainian troops are holding their positions, inflicting significant losses on the enemy – 97 enemies have been eliminated in this direction, 60 of them – irretrievably. A vehicle, 11 drones were destroyed, a tank, an artillery system, another vehicle, and eight enemy shelters were hit.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, our forces repelled 19 attacks near Zeleny Gay, Filia, Oleksandrivka, Sosnivka, Novohrygorivka, Verbovye, Oleksiivka, Vyshneve, and Novovasylivske. Another combat clash is ongoing. In the Hulyaipil direction, no enemy offensive actions were recorded.

In the Orikhivka direction, the enemy tried to advance six times near Stepovoye, as well as in the Novoandreivka and Novodanylivka directions. In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy made three unsuccessful offensive attempts and suffered losses.
