A Russian drone struck a commuter train in Zaporizhia Oblast. The impact occurred near one of the carriages during the evacuation of passengers. This was reported by JSC Ukrzaliznytsia.
After receiving information about the air danger, the locomotive crew promptly stopped the train and began evacuating people. Due to the limited time, two passengers did not have time to leave the danger zone and suffered shrapnel wounds.
The injured were provided with first aid, after which they were handed over to doctors. Railway workers remain with the passengers and assist them at the medical facility.
Currently, specialists are working to restore traffic on the damaged section. Railway workers also continue to monitor the security situation in the region.
