Instructor School to begin operations in Ukraine

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, announced the creation and immediate launch of the School of Instructors, the purpose of which is to significantly improve the quality of personnel training through the effective transfer of current combat experience. he reported this following the results of the monthly meeting.

“The School of Instructors will begin work in the near future. Its creation will significantly increase the level of training of instructors and will become a platform for the accumulation and transfer of relevant combat experience, the report says.

According to Oleksandr Syrsky, the constant use of advanced technologies and new tactics at the front, as well as the expansion of the “kill zone”, require continuous improvement of the training system, the main task of which is to preserve the lives of Ukrainian servicemen as much as possible.

In addition, the meeting approved the extension of the basic training period – it was increased from 30 to 51 days, and the fighters are already undergoing extended training. The training program is filled with modern vital elements, in particular, countering enemy drones, the use of electronic warfare, and tactical medicine.

Special attention is paid to the sergeant corps: the formation of leadership skills of junior commanders is being strengthened by increasing the duration and expansion of the “Leadership” course. Finally, Syrsky emphasized that instructors should not be assigned to tasks that are not related to the training of units.
