Kyivstar introduces AI-based virtual assistants for business

“Kyivstar” company offered business clients have a new solution – virtual assistants that work on the basis of artificial intelligence. Such AI assistants allow you to automate business processes, increase the efficiency of staff work and improve the quality of customer service.
“An artificial intelligence-based assistant integrates into your website and helps customers. For example, it advises on products, selects options according to customer requests. It can also be integrated with internal company systems to optimize the work of the support service or call center”, the company explained.
In addition, the assistant automatically collects, processes and categorizes feedback from various sources. The obtained results can be transferred via API and integrated into internal systems or on the company’s website. Such a solution allows you to better understand the attitude of customers to products or services, to quickly respond to negative feedback and to demonstrate the experience of real users to potential buyers.
