The assets include luxury mansions, land plots, apartments in the centre of Kyiv and parking spaces. This was announced by the head of the ARMA, Olena Duma.
She noted that, according to the court decision, a significant amount of luxury real estate was transferred to ARMA’s management, including
- three premium class apartments in the central part of Kyiv with a total area of over 600 sq m

‘ARMA is working to ensure that the property of criminals, including those involved in the Maidan shootings and corruption schemes of the Yanukovych regime, does not stand idle but brings benefits to the state and the Ukrainian people. The transfer of these assets to effective management is the restoration of justice and a concrete economic result for the country,’ Duma stressed.
