Lviv became the first Ukrainian city where fines for parking violations are automatically displayed in “Actions”. This was reported by Oleh Zabarilo, head of the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure.
Now drivers can view the decisions issued by parking inspectors and pay for them online – in a few clicks, without the need to receive paper notifications.
“Now even troubles can be received with comfort. Information comes faster, payment is more convenient, and the city saves budget funds on administration and mailings. This result is the result of long and persistent work of our team with the relevant ministry and partners. Over the past two years, there have been many meetings, correspondence, technical agreements and improvements to make everything work stably and conveniently for users, “ – said Zabarylo.
Currently, the “Diya” application may display a technical message “except for parking fines”, since the system is being updated. This text will be changed in the near future.
The head of the Department of Security and Street Infrastructure, Maksym Smilevsky, explained that in “Diya” instead of receiving messages left by inspectors after recording a violation, administrative resolutions are issued, which are formed within two months.
In addition to “Diya”, you can pay a fine for improper parking in Lviv via the chatbot @inspector_lviv, the website inspector.lviv.ua, the QR code on the message or resolution, the driver’s electronic account on the Ministry of Internal Affairs website, as well as using various payment systems.
