Major privatization: “Ukrbud” was included in the list of objects for sale

The Cabinet of Ministers decided to include the entire package of shares of the state joint-stock company “Ukrbud Construction Company” in the list of large-scale privatization objects. reported government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
To the State JSC “Construction Company “Ukrbud” are included 11 subsidiaries, including:
- SE “Zaporizhsky Educational and Course Combine” — engages in the training of personnel for the construction industry.
- SE “Educational and Course Combine “Odesbud” — specializes in training construction workers.
- SE “Educational and Course Combine “Kryvbasbud” — carries out retraining of specialists.
- Dnipropetrovsk educational and course combine “Monolit” — prepares specialists for construction.
- SE “Sumy educational center” — is responsible for personnel training.
- SE “Design Institute “Odesa Prombudproekt” — designs industrial facilities.
- SE “Project Institute “Kyivskyi Prombudproekt” — engages in the design of buildings.
- SE “Design Institute “Lviv Probudproekt” — works on projects for civil and industrial buildings.
- SE “Project Institute “Prydniprovskyi Prombudproekt” — engages in infrastructure design.
- SE “Project Institute “Ternopilskyi Prombudproekt” — develops projects for various objects.
- SE “Research Institute “Donetsk ProbudNDIproekt” — conducts scientific research in the field of construction.
In 2023, the consolidated income of “Ukrbud” amounted to 143.99 million hryvnias.
“Ukrbud” is part of the “Ukrainian State Construction Corporation “Ukrbud”, which was headed by Maksym Mykytas from 2010 to 2016. In addition to the state company, the corporation includes dozens of private companies, many of which are related to Mykytas, including Ukrbud Development LLC, which gained wide popularity in the construction market thanks to the “Ukrbud” brand.
“Ukrbud Development” is known for the fact that it did not complete the construction of 25 residential complexes, which in 2019 were transferred to the “Kyivmiskbud” company for completion.
