The National Qualifications Agency has registered the professional standard “Military Accounts Inspector”. It will become mandatory for use by all enterprises of Ukraine that hire specialists for this position. According to him, the legislation obliges every enterprise to keep military records, but until now there was a lack of qualified specialists who would understand the specifics of this work. The new standard will be a reference for employers and inspectors, helping to comply with legal requirements and avoid fines.
The document defines the requirements for professional skills and knowledge of a specialist. Companies will now have a clear idea of the qualifications required for the position and will be able to provide effective military accounting, which is critical in a mobilization environment.
“Now, any company that plans to hire a specialist – a military accounting inspector – after reading this, will know what kind of person they need to hire so that everything is fine with their military accounting, so that they don’t have to pay fines. Because the state has taken this issue quite seriously.” Dudka noted.
The colonel emphasized that it is important for enterprises to direct their specialists to study at institutions that conduct training courses in this field. Thanks to this, the quality of mobilization work will improve both at the level of individual enterprises and at the state level.
