The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development is launching a digital platform that should unite key data in the field of transport and mobility. The department reported this in its Telegram.
As noted by the ministry, this is a new initiative, the Transport Data Hub, which is being implemented with the support of the project “Digitalization for Growth, Integrity and Transparency” (UK DIGIT).
The message explains:
“Transport Data Hub is a digital platform that will unite key data in the field of transport and mobility and is designed to ensure the adoption of effective, transparent and informed decisions”.
The Ministry of Development and Trade also expects that the service will help to better understand the movement of people and market needs. “Transport Data Hub” will allow analyzing population mobility, planning routes and assessing demand, conducting transportation analytics, and strengthening strategic management of the transport sector.
