Volodymyr Zelensky announced the approach of a historic week in relations with the European Union. According to him, the EU has already approved the negotiating framework for Ukraine, and actual negotiations are expected to begin on June 25.

“An important result in a week is the addition of six more participants to the communique of the Peace Summit. This is a clear signal that we have succeeded in convincing the world of the possibility of peace – and in particular a just peace. There will be even more signatures under the communique – our team is currently working on it. And also gradually we are preparing work in groups – according to the points of the Peace Formula. Our task remains the same – to go on a joint, global path of restoration of security according to each of the points of the Peace Formula!”, – said Zelensky.
The President emphasized the importance of this step, stressing it as the result of many efforts and support for internal reforms.
“This result is the personal result of everyone who chose Ukraine for themselves on February 24, who fights for our state, who strengthens Ukraine with everything necessary“, Zelensky added.
According to the report, the first intergovernmental conference on this issue is scheduled for June 25.
