NABU put Denys Komarnytskyi on the wanted list

National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) announced in search of former Kyiv City Council member Denys Komarnytskyi. He is suspected of organizing and leading a criminal group involved in land fraud in the capital.
“On the basis of the NABU detective’s resolution, a former deputy of the Kyiv City Council, suspected of creating and managing a criminal organization with the aim of taking possession of the capital’s land, is wanted. He and nine other members of the criminal organization were exposed on February 6, 2025.” – said the statement of the department.
Previously, NABU Director Semyon Krivonos reported that Denys Komarnytskyi is hiding from the investigation in Ukraine. In addition to NABU, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police and the State Border Service were involved in the search for him.
We remind you that on February 6, as part of the “Clean City” operation, NABU detectives informed a number of officials of the capital about the suspicion. Among them are Deputy Chairman of the KMDA Petro Olenych, Chairman of the Kyiv Council Commission on Land Relations Mykhailo Terentyev, a member of this commission Olena Marchenko, as well as former Kyiv Council Deputy Denys Komarnytskyi, whom the investigation considers the organizer of the criminal scheme. In total, seven people were detained during the special operation.
