Night attack on Dnipropetrovsk region: civilians injured and infrastructure damaged
On the night of December 15, Russian troops launched a massive strike on the Dnipropetrovsk region, using “Shahed” strike drones and multiple launch rocket systems, resulting in civilian casualties and damage. The consequences of the attack were reported by the acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Vladislav Gaivanenko.
According to him, several districts of the region were under attack at once. In particular, in the Synelnyk district, strike drones attacked the Mykolaiv community. Two men aged 29 and 42 were injured as a result of the explosions. Fires broke out at the hit sites, and civilian infrastructure was also damaged.
In addition, the “Shakheds” were directed at Pavlohrad and Pyatikhatki. Fires and damage to infrastructure facilities and a transport enterprise were recorded in these settlements. The final scale of the destruction is currently being clarified by the relevant services.
Separately, the aggressor shelled the Nikopol district, using the “Grad” MLRS. The Marhanetska community came under attack. According to updated data, three people were injured as a result of the daytime shelling: a 19-year-old boy, a 51-year-old woman, and a 55-year-old man.
