Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine passed a resolution that expands the list of conscripts subject to reservation from mobilization. According to Resolution No. 723, the reservation applies to employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations engaged in humanitarian demining.
It is noted that specialists in humanitarian demining play a key role in ensuring the safety of the population and restoring normal life in the liberated territories.
The reservation mechanism now also applies to conscripts who work in enterprises, institutions and organizations (regardless of the form of ownership), “which are operators of mine action activities and carry out demining (humanitarian demining) in accordance with the law.”
Earlier it became known that the Council is preparing to consider three more draft laws on economic reservation.
We will remind you that reservation is a special mechanism of deferment from mobilization, which is provided to employees of enterprises that are important for the functioning of the state in conditions of martial law.
