“Nova Poshta” appointed Yevhen Tafiychuk as the new head of the company

The company “Nova Poshta”, which is the leader in express delivery in Ukraine, appointed Yevhen Tafiychuk as the new head. He has been working at the company since 2012, starting as a loader, and since 2021 has held the positions of operations director both in Ukraine and in Europe.

“The current CEO Oleksandr Bulba will continue to manage the company until the end of the year. In the next two and a half months, both top managers will work together under the selected & acting CEO for a smooth transfer of authority, ”, – the company’s press release says.

It is noted that the competition for the position was open – more than 20 candidates were considered, including managers from international companies.

“Three reached the final: two external candidates and one internal. We are proud that the leader we chose grew with the company. Yevhen knows all the processes down to the smallest detail and has an ambitious vision for the future,”, – said the co-owner of “Nova Poshta” Vyacheslav Klimov.

It is noted that under Tafiychuk’s leadership, courier delivery was transformed, the company’s branch network doubled, and the delivery speed became the highest in the Ukrainian logistics market.

The company’s main activity remains express delivery of documents, parcels and oversized cargo. The ultimate beneficial owners of “Nova Poshta” are Volodymyr Popereshnyuk and Vyacheslav Klimov.

In the first half of 2025, the company increased its revenue by 23% compared to the same period in 2024 – to UAH 24.6 billion. The number of delivered parcels and cargoes amounted to 238 million (7% more), the network of branches increased by 708 to 13,985, and the number of post offices increased by over 4 thousand to 28,326 thousand.
