The updated Unified Project Portfolio of Public Investments has been replenished with new projects worth over UAH 1.1 trillion
“The updated EPP includes projects that are planned to be implemented in partnership with international financial institutions and donors. Our goal is to effectively use foreign aid and direct resources to projects that will have the greatest impact on the development of the state,” – Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Anna Artemenko noted.
So, the largest share in the updated portfolio is occupied by energy (25 projects for UAH 660.06 billion), transport (11 projects for UAH 387.8 billion) and municipal infrastructure (2 projects and 2 programs for UAH 76.8 billion).
Significant attention was paid to the security of citizens (3 projects for UAH 2.5 billion), housing (1 program for UAH 12.5 billion), education and science (1 program for UAH 6 billion) and the legal system (1 project for UAH 0.4 billion).
The ministry recalled that on August 26, 2025, the Strategic Investment Council approved the EPP, which included 89 investment projects and 60 programs.
The EPP is formed in the system DREAM in accordance with updated procedures, which makes this process transparent and accountable at all stages – preparation, assessment, implementation and monitoring.
As a reminder, the Strategic Investment Council approved the Unified Project Portfolio of Public Investments of the State for 2026, which includes 149 initiatives with a total estimated value of 11.4 trillion hryvnias.
