On October 30, the Odessa Regional Territorial Center for Recruiting and Social Support (TCK and SP) reported an attack by a group of “civilians” on servicemen during mobilization events.
“Today, October 30, during mobilization events in the Odessa region, servicemen of one of the district TCK and SP were subjected to a group attack. A crowd of civilians, using physical force, tear gas and batons, attacked servicemen of one of the TCK and SP. As a result of the attack, a service car was damaged, and there were also casualties among the servicemen, ” – the message says.
The CCC noted that such actions are categorically unacceptable, emphasizing:
“No disagreement with the actions of state bodies can justify violence against servicemen who are performing their constitutional duty”.
Currently, law enforcement officers are conducting urgent investigative actions to establish and identify all persons involved in the incident. The entire course of events was recorded on the body cameras of the military personnel of the CCC and the Joint Venture, and the received materials are already being “transferred to the investigation”.
According to data of the press service of the “7km” market, the incident occurred this morning between the military and market workers:
“This morning, a conflict occurred between the loaders of the warehouse bases in Bazova Lane in Odessa and the CCC workers. The conflict continued in the lane near the asphalt plant and warehouse bases and escalated into a fight at the intersection with Bazova Street. As a result of the incident, the loaders overturned a minibus”.
