One million Ukrainians took advantage of the National Cashback programme and received UAH 73 million

During the testing of the “National Cashback” program, which began on September 2, Ukrainians issued more than 2.2 million cards, and more than a million users have already received 73 million hryvnias in cashback. About this reported Yuliya Svyridenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine. She noted that 1,300 manufacturers joined the program and registered 260,000 products.

610 retailers and 11 banks also participate in the program. Svyridenko added that after the completion of beta testing, the Ministry of Economy decided to launch a national advertising campaign to popularize the program.

At this time, the technical and financial systems of the program are working properly, and the funds for the purchase of Ukrainian goods are deposited into the accounts in “Dia” the very next day after the purchase is made. In addition, consumers have the opportunity to determine whether the product participates in the cashback program using the product scanner function in “Action”.

The first cashback payments are scheduled for October 20, which was confirmed by the “Diya” press service. The program covers a wide range of retail chains, including ATB, Epicenter, Comfy, Silpo, OKKO, NOVUS, ANC pharmacies and many others.

Thus, the “National Cashback” program has already proven itself as an effective tool for supporting Ukrainian producers and encouraging consumers to buy domestically produced goods.
