The son of Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytskyi regional MSEC, began to actively get rid of his business

Oleksandr Krupa, the son of Tetiana Krupa, the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Expert Committee, who is currently in custody in a Kyiv pre-trial detention centre on suspicion of illicit enrichment, has begun to actively get rid of his business. This became known from an investigation by NGL Media.

In particular, Krupa has already sold two construction companies – West Estate and Estate Plus. The first of these companies is engaged in the construction of a large residential complex Argo, which is being built near a lake in the north of Khmelnytskyi.

The journalists investigated the Krup family’s business and found that all family members are successful entrepreneurs. For the past eight years, Tetiana, her husband Volodymyr and son Oleksandr have been the owners of Solar Invest, a company specialising in the production of electricity from solar panels.

Kateryna Krupa, 37, Oleksandr’s wife, worked at the Central-Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice until 2022. Prior to that, she was an employee of the Department of Labour and Social Protection of the Khmelnytskyi City Council. According to her declaration, her annual salary in 2022 was UAH 21,500, and in 2020 it was only UAH 795, which is likely due to her maternity leave. During this period, she gave birth to a daughter and began to actively develop the family cheese business.

In April 2023, Kateryna, together with her husband Oleksandr and Khmelnytskyi entrepreneur Andrii Kryminskyi, founded the Polish company Novis Food, which is registered in Wroclaw.

Family members also held public office. Yevhen Troianovskyi, 37, and Serhii Bomok, 38, Krup’s nephews, are also involved in business and public service. Serhii, in particular, used to work with Tetiana at the regional MSEK and is currently the deputy director of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Cardiovascular Centre for Economic Affairs. He also shared real estate with the Krup family, and his brother, Andrii Bomok, is Kateryna and Oleksandr’s long-time business partner.

The Krup family and their relatives own a lot of land – about 63 hectares in total. Some of this land is leased to large farms, while other plots are used for Solar Invest’s solar panels.
