People’s Deputy Urbansky’s daughter acquired an apartment in Cannes for 3 million euros
19-year-old Kateryna Urbanska, daughter of People’s Deputy Anatoly Urbansky (“For the Future”), has acquired a two-story apartment in the prestigious Cannes Eden residential complex in the town of Vallauris near Cannes. This was reported by the international detective agency Absolution.
The apartment includes a hall, living room, salon, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony terrace. The package also includes three parking spaces and two patios in the garden with exclusive use. For all this, Kateryna Urbanska paid almost 3 million euros.
The real estate is registered in the name of the company SCI Cannes Eden, founded in December 2024. 99% of the company belongs to Kateryna, and 1% to Halyna Urbanska, the deputy’s mother. The company’s authorized capital is 2.94 million euros.
There is no information about property in Cannes in Anatoly Urbansky’s declaration for 2024. According to official data, the deputy received 595 thousand hryvnias in salary from the Verkhovna Rada, and his wife received 6 million hryvnias from entrepreneurial activity. That year, Kateryna studied in the UK.
It is expected that the NABU, SAPO, and NACP will respond to new data on the elite real estate of the people’s deputy’s family.
Previously, Anatoliy Urbansky and his brother Oleksandr, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, had already come to the attention of law enforcement agencies for concealing foreign real estate, in particular villas and apartments in the Czech Republic.
