Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk arrived in Kyiv

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has begun an official visit to Kyiv, the Office of the Head of the Polish Government writes on the X platform. “Prime Minister Donald Tusk has begun his visit to Kyiv”, – the statement of the Polish government’s office reads.

He was met at Kyiv’s central station by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga. The MFA press service stressed that Poland continues to be a leader in supporting Ukraine, particularly in the field of energy assistance.

“We look forward to a productive visit and meaningful negotiations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky”, – the Foreign Minister noted.

Earlier, Tusk himself announced that he would arrive in Ukraine at the invitation of the President.

“Over the next few days, I will be in Kyiv at the invitation of Zelensky. At this critical time, Ukraine cannot be left completely alone”, – said the Polish Prime Minister.
