The Diia portal has updated the LLC registration process, reducing it to 5 minutes instead of 20 thanks to new features, the Diia press service reports.
Among the added features:
Automatic determination of the ultimate beneficial owner – for founders whose share in the authorised capital is 25% or more and who have a biometric document.
Automatic data filling – information from the registers is pulled up automatically, leaving the user to add only the missing information.
Optimised interface – adapted prompts and simplified steps help to avoid mistakes during registration.
To register a company, you need to:
- Log in to the Diia portal.
- Fill in the registration application.
- Sign it with an electronic signature.
- If the application meets all the requirements, the LLC is registered automatically in a matter of seconds.
This service was implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the support of the EGAP programme funded by the Swiss government.
“eEntrepreneur – a new service for business
In June, Diia launched the eEntrepreneur service, which combines 10 services for small businesses. The service allows future entrepreneurs and existing businesses to obtain extracts, file declarations and use other services available directly at Diia.
‘eEntrepreneur offers convenient sets of services for different types of businesses (e.g. cafes, beauty salons), making it useful for both beginners and experienced entrepreneurs. The results of the services can be viewed in the Diia app.
