“Reserve+” has added a function to pay a fine for failure to register for military service at a new address

The option to pay a fine for not registering for military registration at a new place of residence is now available in the Rezerv+ mobile application. About this reported Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

“The action algorithm is as follows: download “Reserve+”; go to the “Online fines” section and submit an application for recognition of the violation; within three days, the TCC must consider the application and send a resolution. After that, there is an opportunity to pay a fine in the amount of UAH 8,500 – 50% of the full amount. You have 20 days to pay”, the message says.

In case of non-payment within 20 days, you will have to pay the full amount of the fine – UAH 17,000, and after another 20 days it will double to UAH 34,000. If even after that the fine is not paid (within 40 days from the date of the decision), the materials will be transferred to the enforcement service, which may result in the blocking of bank accounts, seizure of property or transport, and entry of the debtor into the Unified Register.

“After paying the fine, the red ribbon in the application with a warning about the violation will disappear. Payment of the fine allows you to close the corresponding violation, but does not cancel the obligation to comply with the requirements of military registration.” – said the Ministry of Defense.

The department added that by the end of August, the function of paying fines for all types of violations of military accounting rules will become available in “Reserve+”.
