Russia launches airstrike on Slavyansk: civilians injured
On the evening of December 6, Russian troops carried out an airstrike on Sloviansk, injuring six local residents. This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin.
His report stated that six people aged 38 to 69 were injured. Seven apartment buildings, two non-residential buildings and six cars were damaged.
The Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Office specified that Russian troops used an aerial bomb of the FAB-250 type with a planning and correction module.
The investigative authorities’ report states:
“The aerial bomb hit near a multi-storey residential building. As a result of the shelling, two 38- and 69-year-old men and four women aged 44, 60, 62 and 63, who were in their homes, were injured. The victims were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries and cut wounds.
Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding violation of the laws and customs of war.
