People’s Deputy Tyshchenko did not appear at the court hearing in Dnipro

December 23 in the Babushkin District Court of Dnipro on December 23 continued hearing in the case of People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko and former Kraken special forces fighter Dmytro Mazokha.

Tyshchenko and ex-policeman Bohdan Pysarenko, accused of illegal deprivation of liberty, had to be forcibly brought to court in accordance with the decisions of the previous session. However, the people’s deputy did not appear in the courtroom.

As the prosecutor noted, coercive measures were not applied to Tyshchenko, as he himself promised to appear. Before the start of the meeting, the victim Dmytro Mazokha expressed hope for justice.

“I expect that he (Tyshchenko) will still answer for his actions. He discredited the military, said that I am not a military man. Let him come and tell the guys that.” Dmytro emphasized.

During the meeting, Pysarenko, together with the defense lawyer, petitioned for the recusal of the court secretary, which, according to the prosecutor, was aimed at prolonging the proceedings. The prosecutor also asked to extend the preventive measure for Pysarenko. As for Tyshchenko, this issue was not considered due to his absence in court.
