Russian troops have struck one of the training grounds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Despite the security measures taken, there are dead and wounded. Emergency services are working at the site of the strike. This was reported by the Operational Command South on reported.
It is noted that on October 16, during a massive combined attack on Ukraine, the occupiers fired two ballistic missiles at the territory of one of the training units of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located in the rear and relatively calm part of the country.
“Due to the enemy hit, despite the alert, moving to shelter and other security measures taken, it was not possible to completely avoid losses. The relevant emergency services are working at the scene, the message says.
The wounded are being promptly provided with the necessary medical assistance. In the near future, the servicemen of the unit will be able to contact their families. By decision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Military Law and Order Service is conducting an official investigation into this fact.
