“Servant of the people” leads in the number of created temporary investigative commissions in the Verkhovna Rada
People’s deputies from the “Servant of the People” party have become initiators creation of the largest number of temporary investigative and special commissions (TSC) in the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation. In total, “servants” created 29 out of 46 TSKs in this convocation.
This is explained by the fact that temporary commissions are formed according to the principle of proportional representation of factions and groups, and “Servant of the People”, having the largest faction, gets the most seats in the TSK. At least one representative from “Servant of the People” was a member of all 46 TSKs of the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation.
Representatives of “Servants of the People” also most often became the initiators of the creation and heads of the TSK, although they actively created temporary commissions and deputies from “Holos” and “Batkivshchyna”.
In total, 287 deputies of the 9th convocation participated in the work of various temporary commissions. The most active among them was Larisa Bilozir (Trust group), who was a member of seven different TSCs.
