Since the beginning of the year, UAH 112.7 billion has been allocated for social payments

In January-March 2024, 112.7 billion UAH were allocated from the state budget of Ukraine to social payments, of which 37.4 billion UAH were allocated in March. 

About this reported in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Funds are distributed as follows:

 

  • UAH 66.0 billion (UAH 23.5 billion in March) for financing pensions, allowances and increases to them, as well as the deficit of the Pension Fund;
  • UAH 21.5 billion (UAH 4.4 billion in March) for social protection of citizens who find themselves in difficult life circumstances;
  • UAH 3.6 billion (UAH 1.4 billion in March) to support low-income families;
  • UAH 15.1 billion (UAH 5.6 billion in March) for the provision of benefits and housing subsidies;
  • UAH 5.9 billion (UAH 2.1 billion in March) for social protection of children and families;
  • UAH 0.6 billion (UAH 0.4 billion in March) for social protection of persons with disabilities.
