Social services in “Diya” will be temporarily closed on January 24–25
On January 24–25, technical work will continue in the social sphere system, due to which some social services in “Diya” will be temporarily unavailable or will operate with restrictions. This was reported in the state service.
During the update on the “Diya” portal, users will not be able to use a number of services related to social protection and guardianship issues. In particular, cancellation of an internally displaced person’s certificate, registration as a candidate for guardians or custodians of a child, as well as submission of applications for adoptive parents and foster parents will be unavailable.
Services related to adoption will also be temporarily unavailable – from consultations to registration as a candidate, extension of the candidacy or removal from the register, as well as the opportunity to become the second foster parent or adoptive parent.
The restrictions will also affect the “Diya” mobile application. During the technical update period, access to basic social assistance, comprehensive assistance for internally displaced persons, changes in the actual address of residence of IDPs, and the issuance and cancellation of IDP certificates will be suspended.
Diya notes that the work is temporary, and after its completion, all services will resume normal operation.
