South Korea allocates $100 million to Ukraine for social initiatives
Ukraine received $100 million in financial aid from the Republic of Korea, which will be used to support the social sphere. About this reported Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, this amount is the first budget aid from Korean partners, which emphasizes their support for Ukraine during a full-scale war.
“I am grateful to the Republic of Korea for supporting Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war“, Denys Shmyhal stressed.
The Republic of Korea confirms its support for Ukraine not only with words, but also with concrete actions aimed at stabilizing the situation in the country and helping its citizens. This financial assistance is part of wider international support aimed at overcoming the challenges facing Ukraine.
“This year, an agreement was signed between our governments, which will allow us to attract up to 2.1 billion dollars. I am grateful to the Republic of Korea for supporting Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war”, – concluded the Prime Minister.
