Testing of the e-Notariat platform has started in Ukraine
Beta testing of e-Notary — an electronic platform for providing notary services — is starting in Ukraine. Notaries will be able to connect to the system and work in the new digital ecosystem, and the first services for citizens will be available in 2026. This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
“Electronic notary is the only digital platform that transforms the traditional notary into a modern and efficient service. The implementation of this ecosystem will allow Ukraine to enter the history of state digital services. Notary services are among the most conservative and regulated in any country, even when it comes to digital leaders. e-Notary is another signal to the whole world that Ukraine is among the leaders of digitization, says the message.
The system will allow notaries to streamline routine processes, work in a single digital environment for all notarial actions and get instant access to the necessary information.
E-Notariat will provide a convenient interface for working with all registers, provide fast data exchange between databases and document protection with the possibility of checking them by QR code. Each notarial act will be recorded, and data transfer between key registers will occur automatically.
