The Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive a modernized “Gyurza-2” armored vehicle with artificial intelligence technologies
Збройні сили України отримають модернізований бронеавтомобіль «Гюрза-2», оснащений комплексом камер, протимінним захистом та програмним забезпеченням із використанням штучного інтелекту. Міністерство оборони України раніше кодифікувало та допустило UAT.GYURZA-02 до експлуатації у Силах оборони.
Машину удосконалили з урахуванням запитів військових. Конструктори посилили незалежну підвіску, замінили окремі елементи та встановили шини з покращеними характеристиками. Завдяки цьому бронеавтомобіль має вищу прохідність і живучість у складних бойових умовах.
The armored hull of the “Gyurza-2” is equipped with a circular anti-fragmentation lining, which enhances the protection of the crew, landing forces and internal equipment. The total weight of the vehicle is slightly more than 18 tons, the carrying capacity has increased to 2.5 tons, the ground clearance is up to 380 mm, and the range is up to 1,200 km. The maximum speed of the armored vehicle reaches 110 km/h.
Mine protection should protect the crew in the event of hitting a mine with a destructive force equivalent to 8 kg of TNT. “Gyurza-2” can be made in two versions – with or without a rotating turret for weapons.
The armored vehicle is also equipped with ventilation, heating, air conditioning systems, an autonomous fuel heater, fire extinguishing of the engine and landing compartments, a night vision complex and a television system with four video cameras. Additionally, the vehicle can be equipped with software for monitoring the external environment using artificial intelligence.
The updated “Gyurza-2” should increase the security and mobility of Ukrainian units during combat missions.
