The authorities should not blame the allies, but tell the truth: Yuriy Lutsenko on the victory plan

Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine has depended on the support of its Western allies, especially in the context of arms and financial aid. But despite promises and international guarantees, the issue of supplying critical weapons, such as long-range missiles, remains unresolved. Instead, the rhetoric that all the difficulties at the front are the result of insufficient support from the allies is often heard in the public space. But is this really the only explanation? Maybe it’s time for the authorities to take a frank look at their own shortcomings in the system of management, mobilization and development of the country’s defense potential? Answers to these questions will become an important component of the future not only of the war, but also of post-war reconstruction.

Ukrainian politician who takes part in hostilities, former Prosecutor General of Ukraine and ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yurii Lutsenko on this occasion expressed himself as follows:

“In the third year of the war, Zelenskyi said that he had written out 90% of the points of the Victory Plan. And the next few days he is going to present it to Biden and both candidates for the President of the United States.

At the same time, the entire propaganda machine of the President’s Office constantly hammers into the heads of Ukrainians that we have problems only because the USA does not want to give us permission for long-range Jassm, Atacms, Storm shadow/Scalp missiles.

Zelensky and his 5-6 managers are not capable of systemic solutions. They do not want to take responsibility for normal mobilization, for the deployment of their own military equipment, including Ukrainian Neptune missiles with the same effective range as Atacms.

Reference: only 47% of the personal income tax collected from the city for the production of drones was used, the rest was written off during the sequestration of the budget.

Ze-team constantly continues the primitive policy of simple solutions.

Give tanks – and we will go to the borders of 1991. They gave

Give F-16 and we will win. They gave

Give Atacms – and they will stop destroying us with KABs. They will give

But it is a lie that it will lead to victory.

At least because the Russian aviation has already moved beyond the Atacms range. Therefore, it will not stop the attack of both KABs and ballistics.

Is this what all these lies are for?

This is a common practice of transferring one’s facaps to anyone.

For Poroshenko, it no longer works.

Now the allies are to blame.

The plan is as simple as the flat earth theory.

1. We present the USA with a new mega list of demands for weapons and money.
2. We have a polite doubt that this will change the course of the war and take us to the borders of 1991.
3. We declare that we have been abandoned and we have no other option but to return to the Peace Forums with the participation of the Russian Federation.
4. At the negotiations, we receive demands from Putin in the style of the Istanbul capitulation.
5. We declare that this is the subject of a referendum and a ceasefire is needed for this.
6. We sign a ceasefire.
7. We stand in the pose of the President of Peace and conduct presidential elections. Preferably, without the abolition of martial law, so that democracy does not get in the way, and TCCs manage the precincts.

All this cynical show is read both by Ukrainian politicians and our allies.

But the Heroes have to pay for this mess of scoundrels.

What to do with it?

At least tell the truth.

And remember that membership in NATO is the only Victory. Everything else is from the evil one.”
