The Cabinet of Ministers has changed the procedure for reserving employees from mobilization

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes to the procedure for booking conscripts during mobilization and during wartime. About this reported representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.

The amendments were made to Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023 “Some issues of implementation of the provisions of the law “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization”” and provide for:

• inclusion in the total number of conscripts who are subject to reservation, workers called up for military service after May 18, 2024;
• abolition of the requirement for a 72-hour verification of information about an employee during his booking for government agencies;
• reduction to 5 days of the cancellation period for employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations;
• determination of the monthly period as a criterion for the size of the accrued average salary during the granting of the status of critical importance to enterprises, institutions and organizations.

In addition, the government obliged the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Digital Transformation within a month to establish electronic interaction between the register of insured persons and the Unified state web portal of electronic services to check information about the salary of conscripted workers.
