The Cabinet of Ministers streamlined the functioning of the information system of the List of territories where hostilities are (were) taking place or temporarily occupied
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft resolution amending the Regulations on the Information System of the List of Territories where hostilities are or have been conducted or which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation. The document was prepared by the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
The Regulation stipulates that the cartographic web service is an integral part of the information system. This service allows you to display electronic maps with up-to-date information on the status of territories where hostilities are ongoing or which are under temporary occupation.
The information system not only provides convenient access to data, but also serves as an important tool for graphical display of territories included in the List. This List was approved by the order of the Ministry of Reintegration dated December 22, 2022 No. 309 and is regularly updated, which allows to ensure the accuracy of the information.
The adopted resolution is aimed at creating appropriate conditions for organizational, technical and other support for the functioning of the information system. It will provide more effective control over data updates and their integration with other state information resources. This decision will also contribute to increasing the availability of information for state bodies, local authorities and citizens, which will allow a more prompt response to challenges related to war and occupation.
