The court ordered NABU to open an investigation into the selection of the manager of the mineral water brands “Morshynska” and “Myrgorodska”

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine ruled that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine should initiate a pre-trial investigation into possible abuse of authority by the management of the Asset Management and Tracking Agency (ARMA) during the selection of the manager of the IDS Ukraine group of companies, the owner of the mineral water brands “Morshynska” and “Myrgorodska”. This is stated in the court’s ruling.

The court determined that NABU must determine whether the actions of ARMA employees contain signs of a crime under Part 1 of Article 14 and Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for abuse of power or official position.

ARMA is a special central executive body established in 2016 to combat corruption and other crimes through work with illegally acquired assets. The Agency is engaged in the identification and tracing of assets that have been seized in criminal or civil cases, as well as managing such assets after a court decision.

In November 2025, ARMA began an internal investigation into the possible involvement of its employees in the NABU investigation in the energy sector (Operation “Midas”), which involves businessman Timur Mindich. MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak noted that ARMA was previously in Mindich’s sphere of influence.

The Agency is currently actively looking for a manager for the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group. On November 27–28, 2025, ARMA simultaneously announced market consultations on the valuation of the assets of five companies in the group and a competition to appoint a manager for the entire package of assets.
