Investigative actions are taking place on the basis of the decision of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv within the framework of criminal proceedings concerning the purchase of equipment for the needs of road management by the “Kyivavtodor” CC.
“Representatives of the Department and the utility corporation provide all the documents necessary for a comprehensive and complete investigation.” – the message says.
The investigation concerns the purchase of 26 all-season vehicles equipped for winter road maintenance, as well as one garbage truck. The procurement took place within the framework of official public tenders.
