The economic committee of the Council is developing a new reservation model for business

The Economic Committee of the Verkhovna Rada is developing a new reservation model for businessmen, which provides for the payment of a military levy for each employee. The chairman of the committee, Dmytro Natalukha, announced this.

Changes:

• 50% booking: Business will be able to book up to 50% of conscripted employees.
• Payment of military tax: 1.5% of salary + UAH 20,000 per month for each employee.
• FOP: An additional requirement is a certificate of circulation of funds for the amount of at least three months of the reservation.
• Does not apply to: Deficient military accounting specialties.

Booking procedure:

• Fee payment:
• The enterprise enters data about employees on the electronic portal and provides a receipt.
• FOP – a certificate on the flow of funds.

• Verification:
• The tax office checks the absence of debt and the identity
• The booked person receives a QR code.
• Within 60 days, updates data in TsNAP.

Update data:

• The booked person is visiting TsNAP.
• Receives a green QR code.
