Spanish diplomats urged their citizens to take air raid signals seriously and to follow safety measures.
We will remind that on the morning of November 20, the US Embassy in Ukraine warned about the possibility of a massive air attack. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the NSDC’s Center for Countering Disinformation, commented on the warning, noting that Russia had been stockpiling missiles for a series of strikes for several months.
Kovalenko explained that this applies to the Kh-101 missiles, which Russia continues to produce, as well as Kalibr and ballistic missiles. Before the attack, the Russian Federation prepared aviation, missiles at strategic airfields, ammunition depots, and ships.
