The ex-head of the Odesa OTCC and JV became richer by UAH 150 million: the investigation has been completed
The pre-trial investigation in the case of illegal enrichment of the former head of the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support (OTCC and SP) has been completed.

According to the investigation materials, he illegally enriched himself by almost 150 million hryvnias during his tenure. In particular, after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, on his behalf, members of his family bought luxury real estate and cars in Spain, for which they officially did not have the funds.
“After the full-scale invasion, family members were found to have purchased real estate and premium cars in Spain on his behalf. At the same time, the family’s official joint income did not cover these expenses. In December 2023, based on the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office for international legal assistance, the property of the Odesa Military Committee in Spain was seized: this is a villa and office premises. The court also seized 9 plots of land, two houses, one homestead, two apartments and 1/3 of an apartment, 6 luxury cars“, the message says.
The investigation established that the military commissar’s family tried to take part of the property abroad in order to avoid arrest. Earlier, he was informed of suspicion based on the following facts: illegal enrichment (Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), failure to report for duty, evasion of military service (Part 5 of Article 407, Part 4 of Article 409 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Law enforcement officers detained the suspect in Kyiv.
