The first new generation community hotel in Ukraine with a crowd management model is being built in Kyiv

In the capital of Ukraine, in the Pochaina district, construction of the Circle project has begun – the country’s first community hotel, which will combine classic hotel infrastructure with spaces for sports, culture, education, entrepreneurship and leisure. The complex is designed for 382 rooms and will become part of the Boston Creative House quarter, forming a new creative ecosystem of the city. This was reported by Circle.

The Circle concept involves the creation of a multifunctional environment focused on both permanent residents and guests of the city. The space is designed as a place of interaction between different communities, combining work, leisure, learning and creativity.

The complex plans to open a padel stadium, a professional recording studio, a Smartass sports club, a SPA area with disco saunas, a Spaces coworking space, a Riot bar, a North 13* restaurant on the roof of the building, as well as an event space designed for events for up to 500 participants.

In addition, a medical hub and a bilingual educational complex MriyDiy, which will include a kindergarten and a school, will operate on the Circle territory.

The initiators of the project note that the Circle should become a center of attraction for creative industries and business environment. Similar formats, which are already successfully operating in the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom, play the role of local catalysts of economic activity, contribute to the involvement of young people and business communities and stimulate the development of modern urban space.
