The first recruiting center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was launched in Chernihiv: a new stage of strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities
Among other things, the institution's employees help to issue documents and resolve possible misunderstandings.

The first recruiting center for the Ukrainian army has opened in Chernihiv, which marks a new stage in the process of strengthening the country’s defense capabilities. The center is located in the premises of the Chernihiv Central National Academy of Sciences on Levka Lukyanenko Avenue, 20a. About this informs Ministry of Defence Ukraine.
“Civilian specialists who have undergone multi-level training work in the center. They do not issue summonses, but only help people choose a position and a military unit in the army.”, – noted the Ministry of Defense.
This allows you to avoid unnecessary tensions and focus on attracting motivated citizens to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Specialists of the center also provide assistance with the preparation of documents and resolution of possible misunderstandings that may arise during recruitment. Anyone can get a consultation by calling +380 66 005 72 36.
The center offers more than 10,000 vacancies in various fields. This includes such specialties as drivers, medics, shooters, clerks, accountants, cooks, repairmen and other professions. The opening of the center is an important step towards giving every citizen the opportunity to find his place in the Armed Forces and make his contribution to the defense of the country.
In cooperation with Victory Drones and Drone Force, projects are being implemented to train and attract operators of unmanned aerial vehicles to the Defense Forces. This provides new technological capabilities for the army and increases its effectiveness on the battlefield.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is actively implementing a recruiting project in the Armed Forces, which aims to improve the selection process of motivated servicemen. In mid-November, the Ministry of Defense signed an agreement with the Lobby X agency, which allows recruiting the best specialists in this field. Later, the Ukrainian employment sites Work.ua and robota.ua joined the “recruiting” project, which greatly expanded the possibilities of searching for candidates.
Also, the Ministry of Defense agreed with the online classifieds service OLX.ua to involve in recruiting for the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This partnership shows the growing interest in vacancies in the Armed Forces and allows for the most efficient use of resources to find new servicemen.
The Ministry indicates that such cooperation proves the growing interest in vacancies in the Armed Forces. There, other online platforms are encouraged to join the recruiting project, which creates additional opportunities for attracting new candidates.
In addition, in Ukraine, the development of a new project for digital recruiting for the ranks of the Ukrainian army, which will be aimed at finding drone operators, has begun. This project aims to use modern technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process, which is extremely important in modern conditions.
