The Recruiting Center of the Main Directorate of Intelligence opened in Kyiv — the first open space for the selection of future military intelligence officers. About this reported Kyrylo Budanov, head of the GUR.
“The Main Directorate of Intelligence is, first of all, highly qualified and motivated military personnel. On average, out of a hundred candidates, only one gets the right to serve in the ranks of military intelligence. Careful selection and emphasis on quality is a purposeful strategy that allowed for the formation of an elite military environment.” – says the message.
Budanov emphasized that the result of such a strategy was nine sunken ships and boats of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, successful raids in the rear of the enemy and thousands of liquidated occupiers.
In the newly created center, candidates will undergo interviews, basic testing, and also receive advice on the specifics of the service. GUR is looking for those who are adaptable, ready to take risks and work “on the edge”.
“I am convinced that thanks to the work of the Center, the number of people willing to join the service in the Main Directorate of Intelligence will increase – first of all, in the special purpose units”Budanov concluded.
