The forces of unmanned systems hit the oil facility of the Russian army in the Bryansk region: the General Staff
Units of the Unmanned Systems Forces (UAS) struck a line-production station in the Bryansk region, through which the Russian army receives fuel for logistical needs. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“On August 29, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine inflicted complex fire damage on a line-production plant in the area of Naytopovychy settlement of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation”, says the message.
The strategic object of the Russian Federation was attacked by units of missile forces and artillery and the Forces of Unmanned Systems in coordination with the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine. A fire broke out on the territory of the object, the consequences of the impact are currently being clarified.
This station provides pumping of diesel fuel through main oil pipelines, including for Russia’s military needs. Its annual capacity is about 10.5 million tons.
“The defense forces continue to take effective measures to undermine the military and economic potential of the Russian army, in particular its logistical capabilities, and to force the invaders to stop the aggressive war against Ukraine”, added the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
