The former head of the Zakarpattia MSEC and his wife are building a house near the border with Slovakia
Yuri Veklynets, the former head of Transcarpathian MSEK, together with his wife Tetyana, are building a house near the border with Slovakia. This is stated in investigation hromadske under the title “MSEK: the latest history of luxury from Uzhhorod to the Dnipro”.
52-year-old Yuriy Veklynets has been the chief physician of Transcarpathian MSEK since 2017. In the same year, he and his wife Tatyana declared a total income of 60 thousand hryvnias per month, including financial assistance from the local SBU, where Yuri once worked as the head of the medical service, and their pensions.
Yuriy receives a pension for years of service in the SBU, where he worked as a doctor, and Tatyana, according to relatives, received a pension due to cancer.
Last year, their total income increased to 74 thousand hryvnias per month. Yuri’s wife is also a civil servant and works in the executive committee of the Uzhhorod City Council.
More than 220,000 hryvnias and 20,000 dollars are stored in the accounts of the Veklyntsy couple, which in total amounts to more than one million hryvnias.
Now the couple lives in a house in Uzhgorod, for which Tatiana took out a youth loan in the amount of 36 thousand dollars back in 2005.
