The head of the AMCU Kyrylenka is officially suspected of illegal enrichment of UAH 56 million: NABU
Information about the alleged illegal enrichment of Kyrylenko first appeared in the "Schemes" investigation.

The head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Pavlo Kyrylenka, was informed of the suspicion of illegal enrichment. In accordance with information from the NABU press service, the total amount of enrichment is 61.7 million hryvnias.
In the period from 2020 to 2023, while holding the position of head of the Donetsk regional state administration, Kyrylenko became the owner of 21 real estate objects and a luxury car. This entire property complex was registered to his wife’s relatives.

According to NABU data, among the acquired property are 7 apartments in Kyiv and Uzhgorod, with a total area of 688.5 square meters. Also, his assets include a house near Kyiv with an area of more than 220 square meters, 2 garage boxes, 6 parking spaces, 3 non-residential premises with a total area of more than 190 square meters and a BMW X3 car.
“The difference between the value of the specified property and the available funds of the official and his wife amounted to 56.2 million hryvnias”, – noted in NABU.
It was also established that Kyrylenko did not indicate this property in his declarations for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

For the first time, information about the possible illegal enrichment of Kyrylenko appeared in the investigation of “Scheme” journalists. The material stated that the Kyrylenka family did not own any business and had no official income for the past 25 years, which could explain the acquisition of such property.
It is interesting that even after the publication of this journalistic investigation, Kyrylenko remained a member of the delegation that conducted negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the EU, which was noticed by the Anti-Corruption Center.
