The head of the Mariupol MSEC was detained for a bribe

In Khmelnytskyi region, law enforcement officers exposed the head of one of the medical and social examination centers for a bribe of more than 200,000 hryvnias. About this informs National Police.
The leader of the MSEK center from Mariupol, currently working in Khmelnytskyi, together with the members of the commission organized a corruption scheme to evade mobilization to the Armed Forces. They “helped” migrant men draw up fictitious medical documents, on the basis of which they could receive a disability group. The cost of such “services” ranged from $3,000 to $7,000.
During the operational measures, the investigators documented the fact of obtaining an illegal benefit in the amount of 5,000 dollars (the equivalent of about 210 thousand hryvnias).
Law enforcement officers detained the head of MSEK after handing over the stipulated amount in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. During the searches, not only the bribe was taken from her, but also more than $26,000 in cash.
The woman was charged with suspicion of 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (receipt of unlawful benefit by an official). Currently, the issue of selecting a preventive measure for her is being resolved. Investigators continue to gather evidence to prosecute other participants in the criminal scheme.
