The higher anti-corruption court satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice against ex-minister Tabachnyk

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (SCAC) satisfied the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine regarding the application of sanctions against the former Minister of Education and Science Dmytro Tabachnyk.

The Ministry of Justice recalled that Tabachnyk:

• It is in the temporarily occupied territory
• Takes an active part in the logistical support of the occupation administration
• Expresses support for the propaganda rhetoric of the aggressor country
• The lawsuit was filed with the VAKS on March 22, 2024.

This shows that the Ukrainian authorities are taking decisive measures to combat collaborationism and funding of the occupiers.
